Guided by faith, our Christian network serves as a restoration network committed to offering second chances. We empower individuals overcoming prison or violence to rebuild their lives with dignity through community support, housing, employment, education, and spiritual guidance. With the Builder of all things, a new beginning is always possible.
About our Founders
Marty and Jan Carrillo
Marty and Jan Carrillo's inspiring story began behind bars, where sparks flew and dreams took shape. United by a mission of personal change, they embarked on a life journey dedicated to community support and healing. Motivated by their Christian faith, they launched a network aimed at providing second chances for at-risk youth, transforming them into tomorrow's superstars!

- Guided by faith, our Christian network stands as a restoration-centered community committed to offering second chances and renewed hope. We believe that no life is beyond redemption and that every individual, regardless of their past, carries God-given value, purpose, and the ability to begin again. Rooted in the love and truth of Christ, our mission is to walk alongside those who have experienced incarceration, violence, or life-altering hardship, helping them rebuild their lives with dignity, stability, and a renewed sense of direction.
- For many, the journey after prison or exposure to violence can feel overwhelming and uncertain. Barriers such as lack of housing, limited employment opportunities, broken relationships, and emotional trauma often make it difficult to move forward. Our network exists to bridge these gaps by providing not just resources, but a supportive and faith-driven environment where transformation is possible. We meet individuals where they are, offering compassion instead of judgment, and guidance instead of isolation.
- A key part of our mission is ensuring access to safe and stable housing. A secure place to live becomes the foundation upon which everything else can be rebuilt. From there, we focus on creating pathways to meaningful employment, helping individuals gain the skills, confidence, and opportunities needed to become self-sufficient. Education also plays a vital role, whether through vocational training, personal development, or continued learning, equipping individuals to pursue a better future with clarity and purpose.
- Beyond these practical resources, we emphasize the power of community. Within our Christian network, individuals find a sense of belonging that many have been missing. They are surrounded by people who encourage them, hold them accountable, and genuinely care about their growth. This environment fosters trust, healing, and connection, breaking cycles of loneliness and replacing them with hope and support.
